*wants to pet the hair* hmmm....i likeses this one a lot. It's all poignant looking, and the details in the neck make the deadness all happy.

(I suck at thinking up good things to say XD, really though...I love the whole feel of the sketch...it's that silent intensity thing...<3)

Haha, don't worry, I'm worse at comments. There aren't any words I can think of to describe your talent. Thanks for the fave, it means more than you'd know. I can't tell whether it's a girl or a guy though...
it's awesome. great details, and mood, and.... I can't make coherent comments either.

He's dead, Jim.

Thanks! In reality it's pretty small. I'm considering blowing it up.
Amazing head shot, the shadings great, the movement of the hair and the tendons in the neck (probably the wrong word) make it seem almost alive... makes me think of Frankenstein's monster aka the miserable wretch/daemon.
Thanks, I think you mean arteries (carotid arteries). I never saw the Frankenstein movies... Not even the Mel Brooks one.
I've seen most of the old Frankenstein movies, always preferred the book though its worth a read- by the end I wasn't sure who I felt more sorry for the monster who had been through so much and so badly treat or Frankenstein who had lost so much and was whithering away, very emotional story.
